As part of their Natural Regions topic our S1 Social Subjects class were joined by some rainforest animals this week. Zoolab brought in a range of animals, including snakes, scorpions, spiders and frogs, and delivered a great presentation on the rainforest. We learnt lots about the different animals, where they live and why it is important that we are aware of the impacts deforestation is having on these animals. Pupils asked some great questions and we all thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
