The Month in Pictures – November 2018

During the week leading up to Remembrance Sunday, our pupils presented a very thoughtful presentation to the various year groups.

Several pupils spoke and there was also a video presentation about the First World War

Ash Denham, the Scottish Government’s Community Safety Minister, visited Wester Hailes Education centre to view how money was being used to help young people get involved in sport.

Computer Expert, Ian Ritchie, gave a talk on Thursday 29th November

Titled Where Our Modern Electronic Devices Came From – our pupils listed carefully to the presentation

Mr Ritchie explained that there are many IT opportunities in Edinburgh and that many global products include parts or software designed or created by Edinburgh and Scottish IT companies.
