This survey has been devised to help us provide your child with a high quality education.  Your views will help us find out what we are doing well and where we could improve.

Thousands of parents and carers have taken part in previous surveys and I would like to encourage even more of you to do so this year.   The views of parents and carers really help us to improve services at the school level and across the city.
