The Month in Pictures – January 2019

We are delighted that we have recently been awarded a Unicef – Rights Respecting School Bronze Award – Rights Committed.
Well done to S1 pupils Noor, Daniel and Charisma who each have a book review published in the latest edition of Teen Titles.
Some of Pupils were recently invited to a reception at the Scottish Parliament to mark Holocaust Memorial Day 2019.
Recently, senior debaters Mert, Nicole and Cameron received these excellent prizes for their participation in the Donald Dewer Memorial Debating Competition organised by the Law Society of Scotland
On Thursday 24th Jan, 27 S2 pupils headed to the Kings Theatre to see the musical production of The Glasgow Girls.
Well done to S2 pupils Erin and Sarah who last week took part in Procurator Fiscal public speaking competition at the Royal High School
We recently hosted our annual Burns Day ceilidh
Our senior pupils demonstrated various dances

Pupils explored both local and global effects and solutions to climate change.
