On Thursday 24th Jan, 27 S2 pupils headed to the Kings Theatre to see the musical production of The Glasgow Girls. The play re-tells the story of a student activist group, based in Drumchapel, Glasgow who joined forces with the local community to stop early morning raids and deportation of asylum seekers in their local area. Based on true events, the story teaches us that the voice of young people is loud, powerful and does make a difference! The musical was enjoyed by all students. Keep an eye on the school website where we will be publishing full reviews soon!
