In spring of 2017, CEC Public Libraries and School Libraries teamed up under the banner of Lifelong Learning in order to better meet the needs of the city’s communities in various localities. The public Library has a lot to offer our school students across the city. Free at the branch library or on your mobile phone app are – online Driving Theory test; access to on-line revision texts. This larger organisation should have access to more funding resources which will impact directly on our library users in each Locality!
